Mothers are encouraged
-
to kill their unborn young;
The dirt of gossip and slander
-
are on every tongue;
The hearts of many people
-
are turned so far away,
From the God of Heaven in this evil day.
-
The leaders of this world
-
seem to have only evil on their mind .
There is a real problem for the race of mankind.
-
But wait, look up at yonder star,
-
rising over the horizon far.
The star takes form
-
as it draws ever near
With the glory of the Master, oh, so very dear.
-
Now see His radiant eyes,
-
that burn like flaming fire,
And hear His echoing voice,
-
that thunders loud and clear.
His garments have been dipped
-
in His own precious blood;
He alone has come to save us
-
from the rising flood
Of evil blackened waters in this world of sin
Because of all the evil found in the hearts of men.
-
Jesus the Master came,
-
and He has made the way
To God our loving Father,
-
to make this a new day.
He came to us to save us
-
from the judgement of God's wrath.
The light of His beckoning love
-
will shine out on the path
That leads us home to a glory
-
and that's not too far above
So we can stand forever
-
in the Glory of Father's love.
