Thanksgiving

Thank you, Jesus, for one more day: For the joy and the freedom to say; "Thank you, Thank you, Thank you"; for the sunshine is so bright; and the sky is so blue.
Thank you, Jesus, for one more day: For there is love in my heart,; all the night and all the day,; for my brother and my sister,; in my laugh in my prayer.
Thank you, Jesus, for one more day: For there is light in my eyes,; when I see when I hear; your word your music; your gifts in creation.
Thank you, Jesus, for one more day: For there is joy in my heart,; when I look to the waters; to the skies and the ground; when I pray when I sing; when I dance in your light.
Thank you, Jesus, and bless my day,: bless the poor and bless the hurt,; bless the suffering and bless the path; that I walk in my search of your light; your love and your way!
